
The triple clutch high-end clutch is originally from an SX-50 KTM motorcycle and was reworked by a Swiss high-end forge and made to fit E50 engines.
No adjustments necessary! The clutch can be fitted to E50 engines plug & play.
The clutch has been extensively tested in both cross-country and asphalt racing and guarantees constant engagement and disengagement over the entire race distance, even when the transmission is heated.
The special nut, which has an elongated shaft, additionally supports the crankshaft in the gearbox cover, thus significantly reducing the load on the crankshaft bearing on the clutch side.
The weights (centrifugal weights) built into the clutch push against the spring force at higher engine speeds, thus engaging the multi-plate clutch. When the speed drops again, the plates are relieved and the clutch goes into neutral.
The clutch hardness is set to 5.7 mm as standard. The clutch can be individually adjusted by tightening or loosening the screws. The screws can be adjusted using the inlet screw in the clutch cover without having to remove the clutch cover.
