High-quality 43 mm gray cast iron racing cylinder with a displacement of 63 ccm, compatible with your moped equipped with a Sachs 503 2AL, AAL, 2BL, or ABL engine.
The Pomodoro racing cylinder is one of the most powerful cylinders on the market and impresses with high torque at low RPM, powerful acceleration, and consistent power delivery right up to high RPM. The optimized internal design ensures good flow characteristics and enables an efficient supply of the fuel-air mixture, which supports a consistently strong power build-up.
The result is a tuning cylinder that gives your engine a distinctly noticeable power boost and delivers dynamic performance on the road.
Thanks to the correct angle of the intake surface and the 19 mm bore, both original intake manifolds and swiing® brand intake manifolds and carburetors fit under the side guards without requiring any modifications. With a cylinder neck diameter of 45 mm, there is no need to ream out the engine case.
The edges of all channels are smoothed, which allows for optimal fuel-air mixture flow.
Differences between the Pomodoro cylinder and the original BADASS Racing cylinder when combined with a matching GPO piston:
- Either original or swiing® intake manifolds can be installed.
- The BADASS 15 mm and 17 mm intake manifolds cannot be installed.
- The cylinder cannot be adapted to a Sachs 502 or 50/2 engine.
- When used with a matching GPO piston, it achieves a longer intake valve timing compared to the BADASS.
Notes:
The cylinder is shipped loose and without a piston, gasket set, studs, or other mounting parts.
Replace the rubber mounts on Sachs 503 BL engines with aluminum mounts to prevent fatigue fractures at the exhaust flange under increased power output. It is also recommended to use reinforced clutch springs to ensure reliable power transmission. For a further increase in performance, a 32 mm resonance chamber can be installed.
