38 mm gray cast iron tuning cylinder with a round, slot-controlled 12 mm intake, suitable for your moped, scooter, or small motorcycle equipped with a manual transmission and a fan-cooled Sachs 50/2 (DE), 50/3 (DE), or 50/4 (DE) engine.
This slotted cylinder is suitable for Sachs 2-, 3-, and 4-speed fan-cooled engines, which were installed in models such as the Hercules 50/ALS, 50/2 S, 50/KS, 50/2 DK, 50/3 LS, 50/4 LKS, Gritzner, and other small motorcycles. The smaller cooling fins make installation on a Swiss Sachs 50/2 (502) engine easier, as the fan shroud can be mounted without modifications. However, modifications to the stud hole locations are unavoidable.
The cylinder is made of gray cast iron and has a sandblasted surface. With a displacement of 50 cc and a 12 mm round intake, the tuning cylinder is suitable for a simple performance upgrade on fan-cooled Sachs engines.
