Solid-flange crankshaft for Puch E50 engines installed in Puch Maxi S / N mopeds.
The crankshaft is made of forged steel, which makes it tougher and more durable than standard crankshafts.
To ensure perfect balancing and pre-compression of the crankshaft, the balancing holes are sealed with tungsten plugs.
The connecting rod eye has a diameter of 17 mm. This allows for the use of different needle bearings when a 12, 13, or 14 mm piston pin is used.
The racing crankshaft has a stroke of 44 mm. This is 1 mm longer than the original. A 0.5 mm spacer should be used.

Additionally, the housing must be cut out in the middle so that the reinforced connecting rod does not rub against the housing. You can find instructions from the manufacturer via the download link.
For the crankshaft, the bearing set for the older model with a 12 mm wide inner bearing ring can be used.
