The rubber boot sits on the brake pedal rear brake cable and protects the area around the brake bowden cable from dirt and splash water. Especially on older Vespa scooters, an intact sleeve ensures that the brake cable is kept clean and that you can enjoy a smooth-running rear brake for longer. Ideal if you need to repair your scooter or replace all rubber parts when overhauling the brakes.
