Shaft seal set made from FPM / FKM suitable for your Hercules P1 moped / moped with Sachs 505 engine
.The included radial shaft seals (colloquially known as oil seals) are suitable for sealing your engine during an overhaul or repair. All oil seals are manufactured in the AS version and therefore have a rubberized outer casing, a sealing lip and an additional dust lip. These shaft seals made of fluorine rubber are resistant up to a temperature of 200 °C. Conventional NBR shaft seals are temperature-resistant up to 100 °C. Shaft seals made from FPM / FKM (colloquially known as Viton) are therefore particularly suitable for racing, as they are designed for higher speeds and can therefore withstand higher temperatures.
