Complete set with 0.6 mm diaphragm springs and 0.5 mm shim plates for the KTM clutch on your Puch moped / moped with E50 engine.
The clutch plates are mainly used in the Cross and Mopacup, withstand the toughest loads and have proven themselves under racing conditions.
The spring washers are of the highest quality and have a precisely defined hardness, so that each washer has the same pressure.
Seven pairs of spring washers are stacked against each other over the spacers. If required, a further one can be added to adjust the spring tension to the engine requirements.
The shim is placed at the top, under the screw.
The scope of delivery includes 50 spring washers and three shim washers.
14 spring washers are required per clutch shoe. This leaves you with a few in reserve.
