Conditions of participation

You want to win a ticket for the mofakult Academy Day 2026? Then listen up! A purchase made on November 28 with the code kultday26 automatically puts you in the prize draw. The prize: one entry ticket for Academy Day 2026, including a food & drinks credit of up to CHF 50. And because fairness matters to us, you can also take part without making a purchase – you’ll find all the details below.

1. organiser

The organiser of the competition is:

For customers from Switzerland:

For customers from Europe:

2. participation period

Participation is possible on 28 November until 23:59 (CET).

3. eligibility to participate

All natural persons aged 16 and over who are resident in Switzerland or the European Union are eligible to participate.
Employees of mofakult AG or GmbH and their relatives are excluded from participation.

4. prize

All participants will be entered into a draw to win a ticket to the mofakult Academy Day 2026.

5 Conditions of participation

Every person who places an order by 11.59 pm (CET) on 28 November and enters the code KULTDAY26 via the mofakult online shop will automatically be entered into the prize draw.

Important: 1 customer * multiple purchases = 1 ticket in the pot

6. participation without purchase

According to the legal regulations in the EU/Germany (§ 6 Abs. 1 Nr. 4 TMG, UWG) participation is also possible without purchase.

7. determination of winners & notification

The draw will take place at random by 28 January 2026. The winner will be informed by email.

8 Liability & warranty

The prize is non-transferable and cannot be paid out in cash.
Any claims for rectification, guarantee or exchange are excluded.

9. data protection

The data collected as part of the competition will be used exclusively for the realisation and processing of the competition and then deleted. The data protection regulations of mofakult apply.

10. legal recourse

Legal recourse is excluded.
