The pre-assembled brake cable is already detached and fitted with a bulb nipple at one end, while the other end is open. The end caps are already crimped onto the housing, meaning that the brake cable is ready for immediate installation. For smooth and precise actuation, the outer sleeve has a low-friction PTFE layer on the inside. The inner cable can be lubricated or greased and therefore runs particularly smoothly.
